Returns and Cancellation

At BestGiftShop.in, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, if there are issues with your order, our return and cancellation policies are designed to address your concerns efficiently.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. A wrong item was dispatched compared to what was ordered.
  2. The product has a defect or damage.
  3. There is an incorrect engraving, spelling mistake, or missing name design in customized items.
  4. The item was damaged during delivery.
  5. We are unable to provide a replacement for the same item.

Process for Returns:

  • Once we receive and review the returned product, we will ship a replacement item.
  • If the same item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Customers will be updated regularly about the status of their refund, return, or exchange.

Conditions for Returned Items:

  • The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all additional items like name design, charms, box, coupons, invoices, etc.
  • Complaints must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product or within 2 days after additional details (e.g., images or order numbers) are requested by us.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • If a name design or item is missing due to our error, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
  • For hampers, refunds will be processed only for the incorrect item, not the entire hamper.

Special Refund Cases:

  • If a technical error results in double payment, we will provide a full store credit or a refund after deducting a 5% processing fee.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Prepaid / Partial / COD Orders

  • If you choose to pay partially or fully in advance or by Cash on Delivery (COD), the prepaid amount is non-refundable if delivery is refused by the customer, as the items are personalized.
  • For packages returned due to non-delivery, we will reship the item after receiving the returned package and the remaining COD balance.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped within 7-9 working days of confirmation and typically take 12-14 days to reach their destination, depending on location.
  • Delays due to courier company operational issues or location constraints are beyond our control.
  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer via phone or email for 1 month. After this period, we cannot guarantee re-delivery.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or products purchased using discount codes are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as our products are customized and made specifically for each customer.
  • Customized products cannot be reused or resold.
